At Forest Hill Farmhouse, we believe great food starts close to our Farmhouse. Our “Champignons Et Concombres” campaign is a celebration of simplicity done well—highlighting two ingredients we return to again and again: mushrooms and cucumbers.

We chose mushrooms and cucumbers not only because they are versatile and vibrant, but because they reflect what we value most: local partnerships, thoughtful sourcing, and ingredients that speak for themselves. Together, they represent the balance we love—earthy and fresh, comforting and bright.

And we’re building from here, we know there’s more work ahead, and this is our starting point.
